Agritourism Insights Farm Tour

We have organized an educational event that will help producers gain on-farm insights from three experienced operations. The Exploring Agritourism for Your Farm: On-farm Insights will take place on March 25, 2026 from 9am-5pm CST.

This tour will involve three stops in Middle Tennessee that will give insight to several aspects of agritourism including value-added product marketing, on-farm retail, food service, event hosting, on-farm lodging and more.

  • Hatcher Family Dairy

  • Nash Family Creamery

  • Lucky Ladd Farms

Producers participating in will receive one educational credit toward the Tennessee Agricultural Enhancement (TAEP) Producer Diversification Cost-Share for the agritourism, fruits and vegetables or value-added sectors. Questions about TAEP should be directed to the TAEP Producer Diversification Coordinator at the Tennessee Department of Agriculture atproducer.diversification@tn.gov.

Transportation to the stops and back to the meeting spot in the Franklin, TN area as well as lunch will be provided. Riding together on a bus will provide opportunities for facilitated discussion and networking. Registered participants will be provided with location and time to meet the bus at a later date.

Registration is required for this event and space is limited! The registration fee is $35 per person. (Dairy producers reach out to Shelby Corwin before registering for a special offer.) Register online here
