Akua Adu-Gyamfi is an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist at Tennessee State University focused on agricultural leadership, with prior experience in local food systems. Before joining TSU, Akua served as a Food Supply and Food Safety Project Coordinator in Alabama, working to strengthen local food systems and support the meat industry. Akua's work integrates research and Extension to address food supply chain challenges.
