Dr. Stephanie Patterson is a pediatrician at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and Core Faculty in the VUMC Center for Biomedical Ethics and Society. Dr. Patterson’s work sits at the intersection of clinical care, food systems, and community health and she is the physician leader for the creation of the on-farm CME program Cultivating Food & Health: Medicine Rooted in Regeneration. She advocates for innovative, resilient food systems that support both human and environmental health by bridging healthcare, agriculture, and community-based organizations.
