The Organic Career Network (OCN), a project of the Organic Farmers Association, is excited to announce that Spring 2026 host applications are now open!

OCN is a national initiative dedicated to growing the next generation of leaders in organic agriculture. We partner with organic organizations across the country to offer students meaningful, hands-on experiences while providing host organizations with support and funding to bring interns onto their teams.

If you’re an organization, nonprofit, or business working in the organic sector, we invite you to apply to host an intern this spring—or share this message with other groups doing great work in organic agriculture who may be interested.
