The Small Farm Sustainability & Local Foods Conference’s main goal is to increase awareness and understanding of novel and innovative sustainable agricultural practices that are key to empowering small and mid-sized farms, smallholder producers, students, and community members in the mid-south.
Through hands-on workshops, expert-led presentations, and networking opportunities, the conference provides a platform for farmers, smallholder producers, students, educators, and community members in the Mid-South to explore regenerative farming techniques, climate-smart practices, local food systems, value-added production, and market access strategies. By fostering collaboration and sharing real-world solutions, the conference plays a vital role in building resilient rural economies, promoting environmental stewardship, and supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders.
This event is free to attend (including lunch!), but seating is limited.
