Join us for an upcoming mushroom workshop to learn how to cultivate edible mushrooms on logs. This workshop will focus on teaching low-tech growing techniques for different types of edible and medicinal mushrooms like shiitake, oysters, lionβs mane, reishi, and more. The course will cover topics such as substrate and spawn selection, materials and tools needed for growing, cultivation methods, harvesting, and aftercare. Taught by Nashville Foodscapes' very own, Wes Wojtowicz.
Cost: $100. Includes two mushroom logs to take home!
