This presentation adapts the Cumberland River Compact’s popular presentation, "Welcome to Your Watershed," to focus on agriculture. The interactive class will guide farmers through the basics of watershed science, explain the link between soil health, riparian zones, and water quality, address nonpoint source pollution, and offer realistic best management practices (BMPs) to protect both groundwater and surface water.
