Will Freeman is a Program Specialist for USDA Rural Development Tennessee State Office. He primarily supports agricultural producers and rural businesses in making energy efficiency improvements or incorporating renewable energy systems through the Renewable Energy for America Program (REAP). Will was previously a Business Consultant at the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, where he managed the Agricultural Enterprise Fund and supported the Pick Tennessee Products program’s outreach efforts.
