A Hands-On, Late Fall Fermentation Workshop for Health, Friday, December 4, 3:15 PM

As an environmental engineer, Irucka Embry has had many microbiology-related classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels & fermentation was one of the many topics that were discussed. Over the past several years, he has taken a deep dive into fermentation and broader aspects of overall health, thus uncovering many ideas and people that were never included in any of the textbooks or microbiology-based courses. Obiora and Irucka have presented four hands-on fermentation workshops over the past few years, with Obiora doing two by himself in 2020.
